Statement types
We offer a variety of statement formats to meet your needs:
- E-statements1
View paperless statements in Member Access. - Paper statements
Receive paper statements mailed to your address on file. - Braille and large print statement
Request braille or large print statements at your local branch or within Member Access.
E-statements
View your e-statements in Member Access anytime. You may choose to opt out of paper statements for added account security and less clutter.
- Combine multiple accounts into a single statement.2
- Choose your statement cycle date3 or elect an alternate e-statement cycle.4
- Print or download statements for safekeeping.
- Receive alerts when your e-statements are available in Member Access.5
- Access statements and year-end tax documents in Member Access.
Statement cycle dates
Statements are generated monthly. The statement date is the date your statement cycle ends. Statement cycles end on Credit Union business days, so statement dates are subject to change and may vary month-to-month.
1 To sign up for e-statements, you must be enrolled in Member Access which requires consenting to the terms of our E-Sign Agreement.
2 Account type and ownership determines the ability to combine account statements. First mortgage loans and credit cards cannot be combined with other account statements.
3 First mortgage loan and credit card statement cycle dates are not based on your ZIP code and cannot be adjusted.
4 If you enroll in e-statements, you can select an alternate e-statement cycle in your statement preferences within Member Access.
