Statements are generated for all accounts. Members will receive paper statements by US Mail.
Ask GKCU is a state-of-the-art voice response system enabling members to access their accounts around the clock from any location in the continental United States. A debit card is not needed to obtain current interest rates. However, for account inquiries/transfers, members must enter their 16-digit debit card number and their three-digit ASK GKCU PIN.

Shop for your next used vehicle with Enterprise Car Sales
CashPoints ATMs are available statewide, enabling members to access their accounts around the clock. An access card is required for use. Use our Locations finder for a list of CashPoints in your area.
Paychecks may be deposited directly into a member’s account, provided that their employer participates in the Direct Deposit service. To establish Direct Deposit, a member must visit his/her employer’s payroll office.
Recurring Funds Transfers may be established between a member’s accounts to automatically occur for a specific amount on a specific date and frequency.
Overdraft Transfer Service
Overdraft transfer service is offered for checking accounts as a "safety net" to assist with clearing items when the funds are not available. Another checking, share or money market may be used as the protecting account. Up to 6 overdraft transfers5
may be made per statement cycle from a share or money market account. Transfers are completed in $50 increments with a $0.50 fee per transfer. Overdraft may be requested or modified via the branch.
Members may elect to have a specified portion of their paycheck withheld and sent to the credit union for deposit to another account of their choice.
GKCU can send and receive domestic and international wires for our members through a direct,
electronic link with the Federal Reserve. Domestic wires may be completed for a $10 fee and international
wires may be completed for a $25 fee. For multiple wire transfers to the same destination, a recurring
number can expedite the process. Request a recurring number at your local branch. You should obtain proper
wiring instructions from the receiving financial institution.
